Due to heavy demand we are upgrading our Cloud Network. 

In order to complete this successfully we have temporarily disabled new orders for Cloud Servers and are currently redistributing hardware between datacenters. While this is being worked on, support ticket reply time will increase owing to our team being very small. However, you should be able to find support topics on anything you need in our Knowledgebase. 

Once redistribution is complete, control panels and our website management interface will be available again. Each location will have it's own set of order pages with shiny new statistics, which we feel is a pleasant bonus! 

There will be no downtime on our current live network - only improvements are to be gained from this.
